Paul Ehlers, a seasoned mining executive with over 25 years of experience, bridges traditional mining with digital innovation. He specializes in optimizing operations, integrating data-driven solutions, and breaking down technology silos. Having worked across five continents, he has played a key role in driving efficiency, sustainability, and smarter decision-making. His expertise spans mining simulators, asset tokenization, and initiatives to educate the next generation of mining professionals.
Praveen Mishra
Non-Executive Director & Mentor
Praveen is a seasoned professional with 20+ years of global experience in Mining, Geology, and Metals. He leads business development, team management, and digital transformation at LSI Engineering. As Co-founder & Non-Executive Director at DMS Mining Studios, he drives innovation. His expertise spans mine planning, resource modeling, and strategic consulting across diverse markets. Previously, at PwC and ArcelorMittal, he led digital transformation, critical minerals investments, and operational optimization. With deep technical proficiency and a passion for sustainability, Praveen continues to enhance efficiency and innovation in the mining industry.

CTO & Co-Founder
Rajneesh has 15+ years of experience leading digital transformation in the mining industry across multiple geographies. He specializes in AI, machine learning, big data, and IoT to optimize operations, enhance efficiency, and drive sustainability. Prior to DMS, he worked at Accenture Strategy, focusing on digital strategy, process optimization, and automation. With extensive startup experience, he has built and scaled businesses, mastering product development, fundraising, and team building.
